Terms and conditions

• All Saints Cottage provides accommodation for up to two adults.
  
  
• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.  We’ll email you instructions at the right time. If you are booking within 6 weeks of arrival then full payment is required at the time of booking. Both payments are non-refundable.
  
  
• If you need to cancel we will try our best to re-let the property, and if successful we will refund your payment in full less any expense or loss incurred by us. We advise taking out travel insurance in case you need to cancel.
  
  
• Guests are asked to arrive after 3.30 p.m. and to check out by 10.30 a.m. at the end of your stay.
  
  
• We accept no liability for any injury or damage incurred to guests or their possessions (including vehicles) during their stay at All Saints Cottage.
  
  
• Guests will be liable to pay for any damages they incur while at All Saints Cottage.
  
  
• Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
  
  
• Guests staying longer than a week are offered fresh bedding, towels and table linen halfway through their stay, to renew in their own time, for no additional charge.
  
  
• By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
